This firm is a top corporate player with a large and dynamic team. You'll be a senior solicitor an excellent background working for a wide range of institutional investors, management teams, investee and portfolio companies and banks on the full life cycle of private equity transactions.
You will advise on transactions throughout the UK as well as internationally and will also work closely with our client's leading Islamic Finance team.
