Partner Independent Accountancy Practice Manchester £Six Figures
This multi partner firm has a good reputation in professional circles with experienced partners at the helm and younger partners progressing into management roles. The partners already have plans for the long-term structure of the business that provides value for exiting partners but importantly does not require a capital sum from future partners. I have been asked to help recruit a high calibre partner to complete the existing management team and contribute to the next five to ten-year business plan. You will inherit a diverse client portfolio that will be balanced to your skill set and allow you to develop both your internal and external networks and profile.
As a senior member of the management team you will work closely with the Managing Partner on the general management and future direction of the business whilst being involved in developing both experienced and qualified staff. The business has always enjoyed a healthy input of clients from both organic growth and from professional referrals, however they would always consider a suitable acquisition.
