Circa GBP75,000 PA

We are recruiting for a Head of Development for a successful, chilled food manufacturer based in the North of England who have an innovation pipeline and retailer relationships to envy. This individual will be a member of the SLT and set the innovation strategy for the business, reporting into and working closely with the Commercial Director, You will be responsible for a team of 30+ across multiple sites – an exciting role for an experienced NPD leader. Due to winning new business, this company are expanding and need an innovation and management expert to guide and support their NPD team to further success.
This person needs to be hands–on, passionate and lead by example – this is not an office–based NPD role! You will be working in the factory and really getting stuck in, making a difference. Experience with chilled multi–component products is essential.
