Dynamic and fast–growing SaaS based solutions vendor requires proven Software Sales Manager to join their award–winning team in Cardiff. Their SaaS based solution enables clients to set themselves apart from their competition with highly predictive market knowledge.
Working closely with the Sales Director, you will accelerate go to market strategy and continue to build a global sales team (EMEA and US to start) using strategy and processes to achieve revenue goals and other sales related targets.
You will also develop the evolving go to market strategy for new and existing products, geographic regions and pricing while overseeing forecasts and KPI reporting for the leadership team.
You will performance manage your team members while creating an environment that brings out the best in everyone.
Essential skills and experience:
Software life cycle and tech–savvy background
4+ Years of B2B SaaS sales experience with at least 2 years leadership
Experience in building & scaling sales teams.
Experience in hiring, retaining, and developing a team.
Strong EQ, the ability to have strong empathy and communicate effectively.
Excellent written & oral communication skills
