Senior Project Manager

Our client, who are well established in their field, are recruiting for a Senior Project Manager to join their friendly and busy team. You will have excellent Project management background ideally within Software and you must have prior experience with implementing or supporting ServiceNow products in an Enterprise. This is a contract role which is working remotely at the moment and will be starting in April.

Project Manager:

Successful track record in consultant project/program management or management consulting
Ability to become a trusted advisor to senior customer leaders and to facilitate customer success
You have also demonstrated a willingness to participate in and support the project/program team members in the day–to–day activities of project/program deliveries
Managing large projects and understanding of project management methodologies and principles.
Strong communication and relationship building skills to map, build and maintain external and internal stakeholder relationships.
Ability to build and lead high performing teams of internal and external consultants
You will support the development of team members through mentoring and coaching
You will be responsible for engagement governance and financial, project status reporting and customer satisfactionProject Manager Key Skills:

5+ years in Customer Engagement roles
MUST have experience with implementing or supporting ServiceNow products
Strong cross–functional, technical Project Management experience including planning, scheduling, monitoring and stakeholder reporting Please apply now if you have the relevant experience.
