A UK based business with global reach. Operating in the industrial and logistics business sector (amongst others) providing expert Project Management on large infrastreucture sites through to town centre complex developments.
Description
A wide ranging and varied role that will require someone with the ability to multi task and lead from the front. You will be ensuring quality of build to cost and time and programme on multiple sites each at different stages of the development process.
You will be required to support with Due Diligence on potential sites, development appraisals, risk management, time and cost programming and on site quality monitoring.
Profile
A technically competent PM who has delivered a number of similar projects – working for a contractor, developer or consultancy. Skilled across the core disciplines capable of communicating directly with contractors – building reputations and earning trust.
