The Position
B&FC are looking for a new Human resources Director to provide outstanding leadership, strategic direction and operational expertise on all people matters, enabling high levels of performance, wellbeing and colleague engagement, ensuring B&FC has the resource, talent, skills and expertise needed to thrive and consistently exceed expectation.
The Candidate
We are looking for an enthusiastic, resilient and highly motivated individual, educated to degree level or equivalent professional qualification (CIPD) with Level 2 as a minimum in English and Maths. With extensive senior level experience of HR management / organisational development and strategy in a large complex organisation, you will have a track record of developing HR/organisational policies and practices which build organisational capability, creating and sustaining a high–performance culture.
