Are you actively seeking a new opportunity?
The Role:
My client, a well-established and growing law firm, is currently seeking to appoint a new Managing Partner, with duties to include taking over the day to day running of the firm from the current Managing Partner. While the current Managing Partner will remain with the firm to allow a smooth handover, it is expected that the successful candidate will already be experienced with managing and mentoring colleagues.
Upon joining the company, you will also inherit a caseload of Residential and Commercial Property matters, with ideally 5+ PQE and extensive property experience. There is no upper limit on the PQE considered.
Requirements:
To be considered for this role, you will have substantial experience in dealing with property matters and the ability to make a caseload without supervision. Coming in at the position of Managing Partner, it is expected that you will have strong management skills. You will have excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities and possess an aptitude for organisation.
