Michael Page are looking for a Finance ERP Consultant to join a Not for Profit organisation based in Wakefield on a Fixed Term Contract basis.
Client Details
The client is a well known, commercial Not for Profit organisation based in Wakefield. They are going through an exciting period of change and development and are looking for a Finance ERP Consultant to join their team. This role will work closely with the Deputy CFO and senior stakeholders and will have a really positive impact on the organisation. The client offers a competitive benefit package including an excellent pension, holiday allowance and flexible working.
Description
As a Finance ERP Consultant, duties will include but are not limited to, scoping, selecting and implementing a cloud based accounting package, completely running the project to ensure an aligned, standardised model is implemented across the organisation, working with internal and external stakeholders and delivering the project effectively. Duties will also include, taking full ownership of the project from the beginning, working closely with business sponsors, working as part of the Finance Transformation team, building effective relationships, ensuring effective stakeholder management, running the project from start to end, managing the project effectively, ensuring budgeting and planning takes place throughout the project, effectively sourcing a new package which meets the requirements of the organisation, managing and leading design workshops, drafting and approving the business case, working with procurement to ensure an efficient procurement process is in place for the project, ensuring a full cleansing and migration of data, managing the roll out effectively, ensuring a smooth transition period of change, dealing with queries and other ad hoc duties.

Profile
The successful candidate will:
- Have led successful ERP implementations ESSENTIAL
- Be a Qualified Accountant ESSENTIAL
- Have expert accounting knowledge across a variety of accounting teams (AP/ AR/ CC etc) ESSENTIAL
- Have tested systems previously ESSENTIAL
- Have led on a project previously ESSENTIAL
