SALARY: GBP50,000 + GBP55,000 + Comission – GBP75,000 OT + Car Allowance
COMPANY / ROLE
Our Client is a well established market leading organisation in the Vacant Property Security industry, the company supply a wide range of vacant property protection solutions such as Void Property Security Property and Site Services, Security Windows Screens, Wireless Alarm Systems, Manned Security, Perimeter Security – all kinds of Property Protection Solutions into a variation of sectors such as Facilities Management, Managing agents, Insolvency Practitioners, Construction, Retail and Leisure organisations.
Due to planned growth the company are now looking to recruit a Strategic Business Development Manager to join their team, the ideal candidate will have previous experience in the Business to Business Services sector such as Void Property, Contract Cleaning, Manned Guarding, Security Services, Waste Management, Facilities Management – any service solution background, will have a proven track record in sales, will have strong new business skills, will have excellent relationship building skills, will be hardworking, driven ,hungry for success and looking to join a well–established, growing organisations.
Principal responsibilities / Knowledge / Experience
1. Minimum 3 years of proven sales success in the Business to Business Services Industry.
2. Sales experience – essential
3. Maintain a professional relationship with customers and ensure they are kept satisfied with the companies services.
4. To manage the key account list to maximise sales and profit
5. Effective Communicator.
6. Prompt and accurate reporting to the Directors as required.
7. Computer literate.
