Our client is a national house builder who is currently undergoing an expansion plan and are looking to recruit a Head of Development / Associates Development Director for their business located in the West London / Middlesex area.

Head of Development / Associates Development Director Requirements

MUST have residential experience of large, multi phased projects
MUST be a Senior Development Manager / Head of Development / Associate Development Director / Development Director already
MUST have experience of dealing with projects from cradle to grave
Understand that your work sits strongly in the business plan and the P&L
Understanding of Financial's, Legals, Stakeholders, Planning ete

Head of Development / Associates Development Director Day to Day

Guide and Development the exiting Development Team
Take full day to day responsibility of the Development department
Be able to add value, pulling the right levers and squeezing where possible, without compromising the projects.
Our Client will consider a Senior Development Manager stepping up or a Head of Development / Associates Development Director / Development Director who is looking for a new and exciting opportunity that will give them a better work / life balance.
