We are currently searching for Project Managers to be employed on a permanent basis on behalf of our client.
Our client is a major building services contractor who has been established since the early 1990's. Offering services from design right through to maintenance they have projects nationally ranging in value between GBP3M – GBP15M M&E value and have an annual turnover of approx 50–60M and employ 80 direct staff and operate with approx 200 site based temporary personnel.
They have gone through a vast expansion over the last 12 months, initially moving into prestigious offices on St Asaph business park and signing many large value projects over the course of the last 6 months. They have space to grow the workforce by another 40 within their new offices.
To allow the continuous growth plan they are looking to recruit a number of positions to allow them to take on further work.
As part of this expansion plan they are looking for experienced project managers to join them to be able to manage projects on site.
You must have previous experience working within an M&E capacity delivering building services install projects between GBP3M – GBP5M in value.
You will report to the contracts manager and have direct reports into you of Supervisors and oversee the whole installation teams on site.
You will manage the project from 1st install to handover attending site meetings etc and updating progress with the CM.
The salary and package is open to negotiation but you must be prepared to travel and work away where the projects are located.
They are looking for people immediately and performing interviews right away
