Title: Senior Business Development Manager
Salary: to GBP70k + car + uncapped commission (OTE GBP170k)

Location: UK (home based)
Are you a Business Development Manager in the Facilities Management sector selling Hard Services ? Do you want the opportunity to join a large, stable Facilities Management company selling Total Facilities management solutions (TFM) with an emphasis on Hard FM Services ? Have you sold building services, maintenance, boilers, pumps, PPMs or any other Hard Services ?
My client is a large, well known Facilities Management company selling Total Facilities Management (TFM) solutions. They now have an opportunity for a Business Development Manager selling Hard Services to join them at a Senior level to sell their services throughout the UK. You will be supported by a telesales team giving you warm leads, although you will also be expected to generate your own business, and also supported by a Bid team to help you with those larger tenders.
