Sales Director – SaaS

Sales Director – SaaS Product / Software as a Service – Manchester. We are seeking a Sales Leader with experience of taking SaaS / Technology product to market to join an investment backed Technology company in Manchester as it scales post investment. Working closely with the CEO the role involves developing sales strategy, defining service design and management and development of sales and customer service teams. As the company is moving from start–up to scale–up phase you will be closely involved with individual sales / key customers.

Applicants will be able to demonstrate a proven track record of B2B SaaS sales, ideally across the services industry and will have the following skills and experience:

Strong experience of SaaS Product Sales within B2B Services sector
Consultative sales skills and a willingness to lead from the front with interactions with key customers
Experienced in managing SaaS Sales team
Ideally experience working in start–up and later investment phases of SaaS business(es)
Experienced in designing and implement full B2B customer journey for SaaS Products – Sales Strategy, Onboarding, Customer Success, Customer Service
HR Tech / Recruitment desirable but not essential Salary and Benefits:

Salary in the range GBP75,000 to GBP90,000 dependent on experience
Bonus (circa 20%)
