Duties & Responsibilities – PA / Personal Assistant
Your primary responsibility will be to provide all round support to the Director who works between 2 offices, SE26 & TN13 – so you need to be willing to work from both office sites. The Director is a busy, but nice person, so you will be working in a harmonious and relaxed environment. PA / Personal Assistant
* Manage professional and personal scheduling for Director, including agendas, calendar management, global & domestic travel arrangements, client management, and other company activities.
* Assisting with marketing tasks such as social media, communicating with influencers & their agents + general administration.
* Use of Excel spreadsheets – pricing and analysing costings.
* Working across a variety of products and businesses
* Sending out sample products to existing & prospective clients
* Assisting with organising events & exhibitions – liaise with event companys.
* Setting up virtual meetings and follow up conclusions.
* Joining meetings and note taking.
* Preparing power point presentations – full guidance provided
* Purchasing food & drinks for client meetings & office events + set up.
* Purchasing office equipment and supervise delivery.
* Liaising with internal departments to access & share company information. Executive Assistant
* Assisting with onboarding of new clients or personnel
Person Requirements – PA / Personal Assistant
We will consider someone that demonstrates a high level of potential, with the aptitude to learn some elements of the role where experience is missing. A bubbly, yet professional attitude is required, couple with being detail oriented & conscientious. PA / Personal Assistant
* Previous experience of working in a similar type of environment, but not essential.
* Exceptional standard of written and verbal English
* Competent with Microsoft and Excel (basic/intermediate will suffice), with the aptitude to learn new systems.
* Strong time–management skills and the ability to organise and coordinate multiple projects at once, whilst tracking ongoing progress.
* Excellent organisational skills, couple with having stacks of initiative.
* An appreciation of the digital world and a thirst for learning new relatable skills.
* Adaptable & flexible in approach with a willingness to immerse one's self towards any give task to achieve company objectives. Executive Assistant
* Fantastic multitasker with strong relationship building skills towards stakeholders. Executive Assistant
