You're technically savvy and act as that bridge between the business and IT teams. You have a strong interest in CRM, Marketing Platforms, Digital or Mobile. You're excited by the prospect of working with new technologies and working on a global scale???. You're the Senior IT Project Analyst.
This Global retailer in the Midlands has set up a brand new team due to exceptional growth to deliver an International Application Portfolio work stream. As part of the Global Customer Interaction team, you will be engaging with key technology and business stakeholders to analyse their current technology solutions and assess if these need to be streamlined, consolidated, decommissioned, or replaced on a global scale.
Key Responsibilities Include:
??Supports on a variety of IT related topics that may be architectural, process, service or governance based.
??Be able to maximise IT solutions globally.
??Preparation of supporting IT/Technical materials for participating committees.
??Work across multiple teams, being able to provide support where necessary.
??Support inbound project requests and look at business requests.
??Conduct analysis of the Customer Interaction Application portfolio, and drive strategic outcomes (e.g. decommissioning, technical consolidation, investment or migration).
??Collaborate closely with the Business Strategy team using portfolio knowledge to identify future roadmap items or opportunities.
??Develop and communicate management reporting (e.g. business capability coverage, lifecycle reporting, IT operating costs and underperforming applications).
??Support the Business Strategy team in the development of business cases for technical solutions (e.g. cost of ownership, IT licensing, IT support/operations)
This is a hybrid role. You may have a background as a Project Manager, Business Analyst, Service Delivery Analyst or as an Architect. The key is you are open to wearing multiple hats!
You must have a 2:1 at degree level to be considered for this role.
