Project manager – 365 Migration
Perm / FTC – 9 months – Permanent
Salary: Depending on relevant experience

Remarkable Jobs are delighted to be assisting a global organisation in recruiting an experienced IT project manager who has Microsoft 365 migration experience for international users of circa 5,000+.
Project manager – 365 Migration Role includes:
Ensure project requirements (functional and non–functional) are clearly articulated and prioritised against
Manage project risks, assumptions, issues and dependencies.
Document plans that are clear and understood by project resources and business stakeholders.
Manage the delivery of projects to key project milestones and that meet the defined project requirements.
Matrix manage internal IT resources, business resources and third party suppliers to deliver projects – ensuring that these resources understand their responsibilities and deliverables
Provide status update reports.
Manage project finances.
Manage Service Transition to business operations teams.
Project manager – 365 Migration skills and experience:
Minimum of 5 years project management experience
Demonstrable experience of delivering M365 deployment projects, this includes: EMS, Exchange, Sharepoint, OneDrive for Business, InTune, Autopilot – Experience of Azure Tenant integration/migrations would also be advantageous.
Sound experience in managing business change elements for IT projects; covering business engagement and communications planning to a diverse and globally distributed workforce.
Excellent presentations skills (creation of slides, presenting to teams, chairing meetings, capturing feedback and actions)
Very collaborative approach – able to consider opinions of others, comfortable making informed decisions and able to get buy–in from team and colleagues.
Able to manage conflicting priorities and be able to manage (not just escalate) project issues as they arise
Must be able to motivate teams to deliver to projects.
Good general IT infrastructure technical knowledge would be advantageous.
Good appreciation of project management and service delivery methodologies and be able to harness and balance these in a very fast moving organisation, e.g. Prince2, Agile, ITIL
The ideal candidate will have availability to join the business within the next couple of week.
