My client is a Global Engineering Consultancy that has been established for over 70 years. They work on some of the most specialised projects in the industry. With a strong client base formed on trust and quality of service, they work on large and small projects of varied complexity. They are looking to appoint a Building Services Associate Director / Director in London.

This Building Services Associate Director / Director position has been created as a result great project demand from multiple clients, specifically the Complex Buildings Division in London. Therefore you will need to ensure the development of this service and offering.

They require an astute Building Services Associate Director / Director to join them that can manage complex and technically challenging projects that require innovation and creative engineering solutions, whilst managing and developing multidisciplinary team.

Being the Building Services Associate Director / Director you will be providing and responsible for;

The Building Services team, operational management and reporting
Leading the Security and Complex Buildings design team
Managing a client base and international projects
Business Development
Financial budgeting and forecasting

As the Building Services Associate Director / Director you will need to control every aspect of the project and design process, be client facing, confident attending client meetings, prepare and deliver financial reports and projections. You will ensure that they are all completed successfully and communicated effectively to the management team and the clients.
