Working on behalf of a Local Authority, Aatom Recruitment has an excellent opportunity for a Digital Project Manager on a 3 months contract with a possibility of an extension.
Main purpose of post
To create capacity to drive forward three programmes of activity
To relieve pressure
To bring forward external experience
Responsibilities
Requirements \ scope – Digital Project Manager
Customer Relationship Platform (CRM)
To gather requirements from across the organisation and evaluate the market to find the best CRM solution for AfC.
Robotic Process Automation (RPA)
Evaluate a recent RPA proof of concept and prepare an options appraisal on the potential next steps for AfC.
Ability to co–ordinate aspects of the project to maximise construction effort and minimise risk
Ability to plan, manage and deliver complex projects
Ability to work on multi projects or with multi–disciplined team.
Able to prepare complex and intricate tender and project documentation, specifications, contracts and construction cost analysis
Examples of successfully delivering projects using key project management skills (budget management, risk mitigation etc.)
Skills/Qualifications
Experience of project management within a digital and IT environment
Experience of working in the public sector, particularly on projects within Children's or Adults services
In depth understanding of information security and data protection principles
Adept at communicating technical and complex information to a variety of audiences
Experience of requirements gathering, business case development
Experience of system implementation – CRM
Experience/interest in programming or business automation
Delivered complex techinical projects in the public sector
experience of working in adult/childrens services
experience of working on IT projects in Local Authorities
experience of delivering customer relationship management systems (CRM)
knowledge and experience of automation using RPA/AI
