The Role:
My client, a top tier Legal 500 law firm in Salisbury, is currently seeking a Corporate/Commercial Solicitor to join their established and growing team. This position will involve running a varied caseload, dealing with SME and larger organisations, as well as private individuals, on matters such as mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, intellectual property, corporate restructuring & demergers, private equity and general commercial agreements.
Requirements:
To be considered for this position, you will be a qualified Solicitor with at least 4 years PQE within a corporate law environment. You will also be able to demonstrate strong communication and team working skills. The successful candidate will have a good grasp on marketing activities and have an aptitude for building and managing client relationships.
Salary:
* £55,000-£75,000
* 27 days holiday
