CRM Business Analyst – Sales
12 month Fixed–Term contract Basingstoke/Remote
08:30–17:00 Monday–Thursday, 08:30–13:00 on Friday GBP60,000 – GBP70,000 per annum
This is a great opportunity to join a growing and well–respected engineering business. Our client is currently engaged in a project to design, build and implement a Core Model around Infor CSI Cloud (ERP) system across various business functions including Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Sales & Distribution, and Services. Integration of Salesforce Sales Cloud is also part of the scope. This role will be to assist a core member of the project team who is responsible for providing subject matter expertise, strong analytics, and process development to optimise and deploy a core model ERP solution. As part of a Global cross–functional core team, this position will work closely with Business Process Owners across Design, Build and Validation phases of the project.

Assist with the implementation of global CRM solution
Help to create User Acceptance Test (UAT) Scripts and map back to each business requirement. Execute User Acceptance Test (UAT) and documentation of results
Integrate with the wider ERP team to ensure alignment between processes, systems and data (especially with Pricing, Commissions, Demos)
Perform systems testing; document issues identified during testing and follow up for their resolution with implementation partners, provide design feedback and validate traceability to requirements
Participate in data clean up, conversion and migration activities, and validate conversion test results
Update design, testing, training, etc., including all documentation, as a result of Final Acceptance
Ensuring system is thoroughly tested, all issues/risks encountered during testing are tracked and resolved, & project documents meet quality standards
Optimise business processes and systems to maximise productivity and efficiency whilst aligning with industry standard ERP practices.

Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications
Experience of working on large scale CRM projects
Experience with one or more of the leading solutions in the market: (Salesforce Sales Cloud, SugarCRM, MS Dynamics CRM etc.)
Experience being involved in migrations
Experience in Sales & Marketing, & CRM (Estimating, quoting and ordering, forecasting, ecommerce, configure to order etc.)
Thorough understanding of ERP/CRM systems and processes

Experience with Enterprise Process Quoting/EQ/EPQ/CPQ
