As a Programme Manager you will lead the overall service delivery of the Programme Office team with the EMEA region and work closely with the Global Programme Executive to ensure the teams compliance to operational processes (relating to SLA's, KPI's, screening, hiring standards, co–ordination, on–boarding , reporting and auditing) to lead the overall success of the global MSP solution.

You will assist in driving best practices across the recruitment lifecycle and strive to be an ambassador for the Allegis Global Solutions brand at every interaction.

Your duties may include, but are not limited to:

* Ensure best in class delivery in line with client requirements

* Work with Global Programme Executive, AGS functional leads and customer stakeholders to identify process improvements, implement process changes that are proactive/best practice and position the programme as 'best in class'

* Communicate the process and benefits of the solution to key stakeholders, including changes in process, new initiatives/ projects and additional service offerings.

* Establish and maintain relationships with customer stakeholders for all operational activities and subject matter expertise. Prepare and delivers weekly and monthly status reports to Allegis Global Solutions and customer stakeholders on programme activities and issues.

* Responsible for successful achievement of all contracted service level agreements and ensuring the team is fully briefed on the delivery process to include in–scope activities, SLAs, mandatory activity stages and team responsibilities in accordance with the 'AGS Way'

* Point of escalation for operational issues and support Global Programme Executive and functional leads to identify root cause, identify solutions and implement risk mitigation strategy

* Manage and be accountable for the Operations RAIL log, ensuring risks are mitigated and issues are resolved appropriately

* Ensure all programme documentation is accurate and updated regularly

* Lead vendor management activities including supplier scorecard reviews and ongoing adherence to compliance

* Assures that all programme personnel are adequately trained on Vendor Management System and Programme Policies and Procedures.

* Work closely with Finance Business Partners to create an annual budget and conduct monthly reviews to ensure that Programme Office is managed effectively.

* Analysing and communicating recruitment trends, results and insights (business unit, client and external market) to drive future recruitment activity, improve compliance and reduce risk.

* Responsible for management of local and remote teams, ensuring programme performance, personal development needs and overall development of team solution.

* Ensuring effective performance optimisation of all team members, ensuring all KPIs are set, appropriate development plans are devised, and mentoring is provided, as required
