We are recruiting an immediately available Temporary Head of Estates with a Mechanical or Electrical background, to work on a Healthcare contract in the Midlands for a leading Facilities Management Organisation.

As the Head of Estates, you will be responsible for the Estates Operational Team and the maintenance service of the Facilities Management Contract.

Duties

Provide guidance for the review and modification of the Planned Preventative Maintenance program
Offer the contract team operational and technical expertise
Provide commercial expertise and awareness managing the business efficiency of the contract in a cost–effective manner
Develop, implement, and monitor contingency plans in line with Business Continuity Plans
Managing relationships with key stakeholders
Manage and develop a robust health and safety environment
Requirements

Candidates must be immediately available
Technical Qualification either mechanical or electrical
Previous experience as a Head of Estates on a Health care contract
Working knowledge of PFI contract
Act as Authorised or Responsible Person qualified to Health Technical Memoranda (HTM) standard
