Programme Manager (HR Internship)

Duration: Initially 12–18 months with the opportunity to progress to a permanent role

Location of placement: London

CBRE Data Centre Solutions (DCS) is the leading provider of full–spectrum life cycle services to data centre owners, occupiers, and investors, including consulting services, advisory and transaction services, project management, and integrated data centre operations.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and energetic individual to join our DCS team. You will act as a DCS Intern Program Manager to drive a number of key business initiatives and support the delivery of these global initiatives through providing research, analysis, and tracking.

Job Role:

Working with psychologists to create a mental health & wellbeing training programme.
Part of the core team responsible for securing a huge, global deal.
Managing a global client account.
Analysing trends from a global, business–wide survey.
Reporting directly into senior and executive leadership.
Programme management for executive leadership items.
Working with the Energy Department.
Helping organise Marketing & Sales activities. This role would suit an individual who is aspiring to gain an understanding of various functional and operational areas of the business to develop their career and future career aspirations. This role could lead to a permanent position and fast track your Career to a senior leadership role.

You will be supported with on–the–job training and coaching to help develop the skills necessary. You will also be expected to work on your own initiative so it's important you have the ability and confidence to work well in a team and as an individual.

Person Specification/skills required

Final year University student or recent graduate.
Excellent English written and verbal.
Numerate and comfortable with numerical data.
Proficient in Microsoft Office software.
Positive outlook (can–do attitude).
Ability to adapt to technology platforms.
Understanding of the importance of confidentiality.
Commercial awareness and interest.
Enjoys working with people.
Strong communicator with ability to influence.
