Contract – minimum 12 months, immediate start
If you're an experienced Project Manager with a desire to work for a global leader in chemicals and fertilisers, we may have the ideal role for you!
What you'll be doing???
* The project scope will consist of new loading/offloading facilities, plus process plant and logistics improvements, handling a new product across Teesside and North Yorkshire
* Competently managing all aspects of the project lifecycle from concept through to completion and ultimately successfully delivering the project safely, to the required cost, schedule and quality targets
* Leading the project at a client level to ensure the project delivers the design intent and the required solution to the business
To secure this role, you'll need to have???
* 10 years' project management experience managing full lifecycle multidisciplinary projects in heavy process industries
* Degree in engineering discipline (e.g., process, mechanical)
* Experience managing multiple EPC contractors across a portfolio of sub–projects
* Proven track record and ability to deliver
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Good numerical and analytical skills
* HSEQ first approach
* IOSH/NEBOSH
You'll be at an advantage if you also have???
* Materials handling, transfer and rail/road logistics experience
* Understanding of engineering design workflows, reviews and deliverables
* Working knowledge of construction processes and methodologies
* Experience of working with CDM, understanding the requirements of all roles
* Project management qualification
* Chartered engineer status

* Liaising with all aspects of the business, both locally and globally
* Coordinating the procurement process
* Creating documentation to sanction stages of project funding, including completion of value and risk reviews
* Interrogating vendor estimates and collation of overall TIC project estimate
* Producing integrated project schedule alongside client planner
* Controlling all project budgets alongside cost manager
* Managing commissioning phase, prioritising and co–ordinating the various sub–projects
