Principal Recruitment Consultant/Associate Director

REMOTE ROLE

Higher Success are seeking 2 Principal Recruitment Consultants/Associate Directors for a client with hubs based in London and Kent. This well–established, boutique agency are looking to hire market leading consultants in their industry with good billing history and offer a salary and package to match this success.

The markets they are considering hiring into;

* Surveying/Cost consultancy

* PM/Construction Management (White Collar Production)

* Customer Care/Sales and Marketing within built environment

* Town Planning

* Design and Architecture

* Real Estate Finance

Experience in these markets would be ideal, otherwise you will need to be a high billing, successful consultant in a professional market with average fees of GBP6K plus.You could come from an executive search or agency background. This is the chance to be a Principal/Associate Director but without any management that comes with it. Focus on billing for yourself from home!

This role is fully remote. So you can be based anywhere in the UK. A couple of the consultants are even planning to work abroad for 3–4 months of the year. The company have taken the imitative to move to a remote model during the pandemic with amazing results. They are a small niche agency which hires the best superstars, high billers with strong work ethic, that are market leaders in their field.

They also offer flexible work time, with 38 hours a week minimum and you can choose when you do those hours as long as you attend certain meetings remotely a week. Basically they are results orientated, and allow consultants the tools and freedom they need to get the job done.

The role;

* Registering relevant candidates

* Compliance, contracts and administration relevant in starting candidates

* Adverting and marketing roles on job boards, social media and other channels

* CV sourcing and Telephone interviewing

* Head Hunting Senior level candidates

* Negotiating with clients

* Business development to bring in new clients

* Developing relations with existing clients

* Actively approaching talent in the market

* Supporting more junior team members. Setting and leading by example. Training more junior team members, and motivating them etc.

Your experience;

* 3/4 years plus experience in a 360 role.

* Demonstrated experience bringing in new business and accounts

* Strong billing and placement history. You will need to have billed GBP200K plus a year. They are offering a very strong package for the right consultant.

Your attributes;

* Tenacious and proactive, they are looking for professional candidates that have a strong hard work ethic.

* Ability to manage own desk, in terms of planning your activities, identifying targets etc. There will be no KPIs or micro management.

* Business/commercial acumen

* Good customer services

* Excellent verbal and written communication

* Polite and professional

* Self–motivated

* Motivated by financial incentives

* Drive to head hunt and seek non active and non available candidates in traditional methods
