New opportunity with this outstanding international law firm based in Oxford, now looking for an Commercial lawyer with at least 2 years post qualified experience.
My client is a top level law firm with a superb corporate and commercial presence in the region and is now looking to bolster their IP/IT commercial team further with an enthusiastic and motivated IP lawyer. The role is non contentious and advisory in focus so good transactional and organisational skills are key. Excellent business development skills will also be seen as an asset to the team.
You will be advising on all types of agreements which focus on IP or have a strong IP element including patent, know how, trade mark and copyright licences, collaboration agreements and research and development agreements. Clients range from small and medium sized businesses to larger plcs and include a number of public sector and charitable institutions, in each case across a broad range of industry sectors, such as IT, chemicals, manufacturing, publishing and retail.
