Axon Moore is currently supporting a Leeds based business seeking an Interim Financial Accountant to work with them through the final year end period and beyond.
This role will see the successful applicant leading on the delivery of efficient annual statutory accounting, supporting working papers, annual report input and audit files. Day to day you will be supporting and managing a small and effective team whilst working closely with the auditors.
This role requires a technically strong accountant who is a self-starter with commercial acumen and a strong background in leading statutory accounting as well as complex balance sheet reconciliations, VAT and taxation. Big 4 trained would be an ideal fit for the role or a qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA) with relevant experience.
