Project Manager – Energy and Environmental

Our Public Sector client is looking to recruit a Project Manager (Energy and Environment) on an initial 6 month contract to manage the maintenance and operations of their Energy Assets such as Biomass and gas boilers, Solar PV plant, Wind Turbines, BMS systems and any new assets that come online in the future.

You will ensure maintenance contracts are in place and managed as well as procure new service where required in order to improve the energy and environmental performance in line with the Energy Plan. You will manage the delivery of projects and works providing project updates and managing performance.

The ideal candidate will have past experience of Facilities Management and Project Manager with experience in contractor supplier and staff management. You will have experience producing reports and managing project budgets, etc.

Past experience of renewable energy, energy efficiency and / or environmental projects would be highly desirable.

Although the role is home based under current restrictions it will require site visits across Bristol / Avonmouth so candidates will ideally be based in travelling distance of Bristol.
