The location is flexible and can be based out of our clients Durrington, West Sussex or Falmer, East Sussex offices (Currently remote working due to Covid 19).
The Investment Programme Manager will ensure the effective implementation and delivery of our clients' execution plan by driving the successful delivery of interventions to time, cost and benefit. The role will ensure the planned level of benefits associated with TOTEX investments are being realised. This will involve proactively liaising across several directorates such as Asset Management, Engineering & Construction, Operations, and IT delivery streams to provide a clear view of any risk or opportunity to plan delivery.
Covering Water and Wastewater programmes, this role is accountable for ensuring the overall suite of outcomes required under the execution plan are managed across different delivery routes. The role acts as the focal point for the entire investment programme, undertaking programme wide optimisation both as part of up–front planning and in response to changes in delivery. The successful candidate will be a highly skilled Programme Manager with experience in managing the successful delivery of large programmes of work and will ideally have demonstrated programme management experience of water and wastewater or infrastructure industries.
You will need to demonstrate an understanding of the Water industry regulatory and compliance frameworks and an understanding of company drivers, outputs and serviceability targets, the Water Industry regulatory framework and OFWAT's business model. Agile principles are essential as well as a Degree in science, asset management, risk management, engineering or equivalent. APM or other project/programme management Leadership qualifications would be advantageous.

Up to GBP69,000 basic salary
Up to GBP400 per month vehicle allowance
