We are recruiting for an interim HR Business Partner to join the HR Team of a South East NHS Trust. You will be a highly motivated individual with a strong HR BP background, ideally within a Medicine/Emergency Medicine Division.
A successful candidate will have:
Previous HR Business Partner experience within a Medicine/Emergency Medicine Division;
Organisational Development, transformation and workforce planning experience;
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels;
Ability to prioritise workload, delegate and manage own time effectively;
The ability to demonstrate initiative and a creative and innovative approach to problem solving.
