We are recruiting for a Strategic Business Analyst to join an International organisation, within their EMEA HQ in Egham.

Working as part of the strategic team of analysts that facilitate and consult in order to help improve productivity by sales territory. The role focuses on customer expansion and in–depth analysis of customers across the EMEA region. This involves full utilisation of systems including, CRM, Inventory and Sales Management tools to provide full and accurate visibility of customers in the EMEA region.
The role also involves a development of new modules and requires a high level of data analysis which is essential to Management, Sales and Marketing functions to understand trends, KPIs and overall performance.

1. Analyse the effectiveness and productivity of the assigned sales territory and/or strategic accounts

2. Conduct account reviews with sales to ensure proper account qualification, coverage, strategy and assignment in order to maximise revenue

3. Work with business analysts on developing databases and relevant sales tools to allow management a better understanding of trends.

4. Provide recommendations to Executive and Sales Management via detailed reports and summaries in regards to process and efficiency improvements

5. Responsible for strategising, negotiating, and implementing positive change in EMEA Sales Offices

6. Ensure proper implementation of SOPs and best business practices.

7. Drive initiatives/projects for EMEA which directly contribute to enhancements in efficiency

8. Analyse and measure productivity levels of staff in assigned territory

9. Mediate internal conflicts arising from discussions on fair distribution of revenue credit through to resolution

10. Responsible for ensuring data integrity for assigned territory

11. Able to maintain confidentiality of personal information; display a high level of discretion

12. Through market research and analysis of databases, identify the potential expansion of customer bases throughout EMEA region

13. Set up a detailed KPIs program for the sales EMEA region Conducts benchmarking on account management and productivity to maximise performance and improve service levels

14. Ensure timely and accurate handling of split/transfer business

15. Additional projects or duties as management may at times require

Knowledge, Skills and Experience required:
– Undergraduate Degree in Commerce, Economics or Business Administration
– A minimum of 2 years business experience
– Ability to analyse data and present findings to senior level management in a concise manner
– Experience driving and managing change. Strong ability to sell ideas and get the "buy in" of peers and sales management
– Comfortable working independently, as well as in a team
– Display a sense of urgency and able to work under pressure to set deadlines
– Advanced knowledge of MS Office applications; specifically: Excel and Access
– Ability to travel
– Project Management and/or sales experience would be an asset
