It is BAM's mission to build sustainable environments that enhance people's lives by enabling the right people to capitalise on state–of–the–art knowledge, resources and digital technologies, providing solutions across the total construction life cycle for the Group's clients and generating maximum value for its stakeholders.
A key part of Business Excellence is to lead major transformation programmes within BAM, transitioning our business. Some of the critical strategic areas in Business Excellence are Digital Construction, and the Uniform Project Approach (UPA). Our leading Digital Construction capability, which has made huge progress towards digitising all of our construction processes is now focused on investing in the next generation of technology, be that DfMA, Artificial Intelligence, AR/VR or on–site 3D–printing. UPA is introducing standardised best practice across the lifecycle of all of our projects within an integrated Business Management System.

This is an exciting and dynamic portfolio of vital changes to keep BAM at the forefront of the industry
