My client is a well–known, international consultancy with a great reputation in their industry sector.
The Role
As an experienced Business Development Manager you will be fully responsible for building and developing sales in to both new and existing accounts within defence (specifically within Navy / Naval / Maritime) This is an excellent opportunity for you to work for a well–known, international defence consultancy where you will be fully responsible for identifying and developing new opportunities whilst working with internal clients to develop existing accounts and bring on additional revenue streams.
The Person
To succeed in this role, it is essential that you have the following skills and experience
* A background in Maritime, Naval or Royal Navy service
* A network within defence or military – ideally Navy
* Excellent communication skills
* Ideally some commercial experience of working in a sales role for a defence related or government consultancy / provider or vertical
Salary
To GBP65,000 Base Dependent on Experience + 10% Bonus plus excellent benefits
Work from Home / Work Remotely with occasional travel to sites in England when needed
