Data Programme Manager (Inside IR35)
The Data Programme is a key initiative for UKRI. Covering three separate projects –
The Programme Manager will be responsible for pulling these projects into a cohesive programme, with clear defined business outcomes.
The Programme Manager will have the following responsibilities:
* Effective definition of scope, estimation of budget, resource requirements and timescales
* Delivery of assigned projects to an agreed timetable
* Effective management of project budgets and resources
* Production of required project management artefacts to support the delivery and assurance of projects
* Effective management of risk and resolution of project issues
* Effective communication through appropriate channels to stakeholders driving or impacted by change
* Effective management of external suppliers
* Prompt and accurate reporting to relevant governance structures, including any project or programme boards or portfolio reporting.
* Oversight of quality assurance activities
* Organisation of any communication or training activities that are necessary to the ensure that the project benefits are maximised.
* Effective management of transition into live service
