Associate Director
A leading civil/structural consultancy based in Central London are currently looking at recruiting an Associate Director to facilitate expansion plans for the coming years.
Our client is an up–and–coming engineering practice with current Directors who were former employees on one of London's Top 5 structural practices. Due to a significant pick up in work load and expansion plans, a driven and ambitious Associate Director is required to bolster an already strong management team. Our client has forged a name for themselves in the structural market and currently work on building structures projects up to GBP50m in construction value across London. Sectors include residential, commercial, retail and historic structures and include both new build and refurb work.
Our client has plans to double their staff numbers in the next 5 years. Current staff numbers are less than 50 at present. As an Associate Director you will be required to win and bring new business into the practice, manage multiple major projects and run a team of engineers and technicians on these.
