Bid Solution Director – Contact Centre (UK Wide/Work From Home)

CCA Recruitment are delighted to be partnering with a long–standing, innovative, global client as we look to expand their highly successful business development function with a contact centre Bid Solution Director/Solution Director role.

The Solution Director ensures that our client develops comprehensive and robust business solutions that are designed and developed to meet the needs of their clients. The role holder will lead and coordinate the work of various subject matter experts and technical leads to develop clearly articulated target operating models which are underpinned by robust transformation plans and compelling business cases.

Key responsibilities will include:

Identifying the key work streams and expertise required to design a comprehensive solution
Leading solution discussions and dialogue with client respresentatives
Identifying the key issues that the client is facing in delivering their vision and objectives
Designing and articulating innovative target operating models, including people, process and technology components, that can deliver the client's requirements
Identifying and articulating service improvements or innovations to deliver the target operating model
Supporting bid production by producing written documentation to clearly describe the solution at a detailed and summary levelThe ideal candidate will likely have depth of experience within a similar role, but could also come from a transferable skill set across contract centre operations or consultancy. Our client are as interested in innovation, motivation and potential as they are in specific background.

Interested applicants should feel comfortable evidencing ability to:

Develop solutions which incorporate all the different compenents of a comprehensive business architechture including people, process and technology
Work in a client facing role, in a sales focussed or operational delivery role
Problem solve, identify and understand key client issues and develop innovative and compelling solutions
