Our client a leading international Engineering service provider has an exciting opportunity for a Business Development Manager to join their team which has an excellent track record of delivering engineering services directly to clients, or as part of EPCM/EPC projects
The Engineering Business Development Manager is responsible for acquiring new engineering projects
Engineering projects include: Concept Design, Basic Design, FEED, Detailed Design and Execution Design, multi–discipline, for process plants
The key KPI for the Engineering Business Development Manager is the sales volume
Key Activities
* Together with the management define target markets and clients
* Visit clients, to introduce the business, to identity potential engineering projects, and obtain RFQ's
* Contribute to the proposal preparation and keep in contact with client during proposal preparation
* Act as an advocate for the business as a whole and share potential non–Engineering opportunities with the wider team
* Contract negotiations
Requirements
* Business Development Manager, for process plant projects, in a multi–discipline engineering or EPC(M) company
* From cold call through to contract signature
* Engineering background
