Managing Director

Our client, a House Builder, based in Hertfordshire are seeking a Managing Director to join them due to their existing MD retiring. The successful candidate will be responsible for the business as a whole including; land acquisition, company cash flow, HR, business sales, company profits etc. The Managing Director will be reporting to the Chairman of the business but will be responsible for the business as a whole.

Managing Director Position Requirements

Must have prior experience working as an MD for a House builder / Construction business with a knowledge of residential construction.
Living within commuting distance of Hertfordshire
Must have a proven track record of running a sizeable construction business
Strong tenure is essential along with the desire to work in another long term role
