GPW Recruitment are currently recruiting a Project Manager for one of our client's sites in the Highlands.
This will be PAYE contract – as it has been deemed inside of IR35.
Hourly rate is to be GBP34.50 – GBP38.50 PAYE – Or GBP45 – GBP50 paid via umbrella company. This is dependant on experience.
Start time / finish: 7am – 6pm / 5 days a week.
Contract Length: 3 months initially.
Responsibilities;
Accountable for submitting and meeting accurate forecasts for cost and turnover achieving forecast margins for allocated contracts.
Effectively lead and line manage project teams, including training, development and performance management.
Ensure that allocated contracts are effectively planned and progress reviewed on a weekly basis.
Timely submission of weekly reports in an agreed format.
To support the tender process and strategy as required.
Establish and manage a clear communication plan for client and suppliers as appropriate meeting essential KPIs.Person Requirements;
Minimum HNC / HND in Engineering or similar approved qualification.
Degree in Engineering or similar.
Must be able to drive and have a current valid driving licence.
Significant PM experience successfully delivering multi discipline projects.
