Recruiting a Programme Manager with experience of implementing enterprise resource planning and management solutions. Particular focus on mapping out processes and the software required to integrate.
You will be a strong leader and influencer focusing on the delivery of a technology–enabled change programme, completing ongoing transition to a single, consistent set of Microsoft cloud–based technologies.
The programme is a complex programme that spans teams in Finance, HR, Procurement and other operational teams across the organisation. It includes the implementation of Workday as well as other Azure cloud–based solutions, complex integrations and challenging data migrations, and will run until late 2022.
There is a particular need to focus on scoping, shaping, driving the definition of refined or new business processes in line with the planned technology changes. Focusing then on the delivery of the key integrations that link key business processes and different operational teams together in readiness for the new systems and integrations.
What we are looking for:
* Experience of delivering programmes in an organisation undergoing significant change.
* Extensive experience of working with complex enterprise resource planning and management solutions.
* Experience of mapping out the processes and the software required to integrate.
* Leadership and matrix management experience of teams of approximately 20–30.
* Experience of managing and working with a delivery partner and multiple other suppliers on a large scale programme.
* Strong collaborative communication style with excellent Influencing skills.
* Rigorous approach to programme management with a keen eye for detail.
* Successful programme / project leadership of change management on a large–scale technology transformation initiative (ideally multi–site).
* Commercial acumen including budget–setting and resource management of multi–million pound projects.
* Good technical awareness and knowledge of architecture and standards.
* Strong understanding of programme and project management methodologies relevant to large–scale technology–enabled change transformations.
* Ability to work with ambiguity and drive to conclusion.
* A continuous improvement focus in processes and ways of working.
* Excellent ability to analyse complex information and challenge the status quo as required.
Department are currently working remotely, successful candidate will be onboarded remotely but with view to being office based in Manchester long term.
Ideally start February / March 2021. Two stage interview process (Video) before decision.
