What they are looking for
The ideal candidate will have a background in delivering new build residential schemes as a No.1 on site seeing projects from inception through to completion; able to manage programmes & budgets, and drive the site through to an exceptional quality finish, managing subcontractors & liaising with internal and external bodies whilst ensuring health & safety is kept to the highest standard.
* Experience in timber frame and traditional build housing schemes is vital for this role
* Track record of achieving targets including programme deadlines and customer feedback
