Required from February; this popular school seek an enthusiastic Head of Biology for a full–time post. They are looking for a solid Head of Biology who will be able to commit for the rest of the academic year. This role requires a Head of Biology who can teach engaging and dynamic lessons as well as maintain the high standards of the department. Ideally candidates will work well with staff and have the ability to inspire able and motivated students and staff.

There is also the possibility of a long–term position for the right Head of Biology.

In return, the Head of Biology will have the opportunity to work with a fantastic team in a welcoming environment.

Applicants need to have:

QTS with a Biology specialism
Experience teaching Biology up to Key Stage 5
Excellent communication skills alongside good classroom management
A real desire to make a positive difference to the pupils and staff that you work with
