We are currently undertaking a senior level search project in partnership with a top technology company who are expanding rapidly across the UK and Europe. We are at this stage looking to identify and speak to senior sales professionals who would be interested in a long–term opportunity with a unique succession plan in place.
This is a role that offers the opportunity to join a team that has clear progression pathways and tailored training and support to assist you as you grow within the company. You will be responsible for your own business unit in a growing industry.
Looking for someone with a background in Facilities Management or Security sectors.
About the role???
* Build relationships with prospects when talking about solutions and convert relationships into active accounts.
* Manage the growth and development of your own business unit within the company.
* Identifying new business opportunities, proactively identifying new business opportunities and engaging with businesses.
* Build, maintain and manage your own pipeline of opportunities to hit all sales targets and KPI's.
* Full management and oversight of the sales cycle.
* Generating leads, demonstrating the technology solution product, pricing negotiation and closing.
* Building up long–term relationships and developing account plans for prospective clients.
* Full management and oversight of the sales cycle.
* Demonstrate the value of our products and services to potential clients.
* Successful delivery against industry accepted, clearly defined KPI's.
Experience & Qualifications???.
* Minimum 10 years B2B sales experience.
* Experience of managing the full sales cycle.
* Consultative skill set with sufficient presence to lead engagements with prospective customers.
* Confidence and ability to engage at the most senior levels of business on a range of topics, converting leads into viable business development opportunities.
* Ambitious personality, somebody who is looking to overachieve and who will enjoy the success and rewards this brings.
* Ability to absorb and retain information and communicate it back to clients.
