Senior Revenue Analyst
Your new company
A multinational software organisation are currently experiencing a period of growth and are looking to recruit a Senior Revenue Analyst to join their Bracknell office.
Your new role
This is a varied role, duties and responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Supporting the Revenue and KPI forecasting
- Participating in budgeting and 3 year planning
- Consolidation of quarterly and revenue forecasts, working with sales controllers
- Analyse forecasts vs budgets and prior year and provide monthly reports
- Maintenance of FY21 forecast, as influenced by current trading
- Record key forecasting drivers in Anaplan
- Maintain quarterly revenue waterfall analysis
- Support annual budgeting for Revenue whilst maintaining models, produce Revenue Scenarios
- Monthly review of revenue, working closely with revenue assurance, IT & Revenue Accounting teams
- Analyse deferred revenue movements and impact on forecasts
- Maintain and modify data on Anaplan
- Support the business with ad hoc analysis
What you'll need to succeed
You will be a qualified Accountant with an ACCA or CIMA Qualification and have experience of working in a similar role post qualification. Experience of financial modelling, planning and forecasting is essential as well as the ability to data mine and analyse large data sets. This role will involve a high level of communication across the global business therefore strong communication skills and the desire to work across multiple teams is required. You will also be a confident user of Excel and have some experience working with BI and Planning tools.
