As part of their ongoing growth plans, they are looking for an additional Senior Associate Solicitor to join their Private Wealth / Personal Tax and Trusts department.
The Private Wealth department specialises in the provision of personal tax and trusts services to high net worth individuals across the UK and overseas. Typical areas of work include wills and trusts (including international estate planning), offshore trusts and companies, inheritance tax, capital gains tax, income tax, residence and domicile, probate and estates / trusts administration, and powers of attorney.
The firm seek a qualified solicitor with at least 5 years PQE, gained within a specialist private wealth / personal tax department with a strong emphasis on tax advice. Strong academics are a must, along with excellent interpersonal skills good technical knowledge.
