Our client is an established organisation within their sector, and they have continued to grow during this challenging year, both in terms of personnel and new business. Our client is looking to appoint a Commercial Head of Finance on a full time and permanent basis.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially and operationally focused finance professional looking for a role where they can truly influence and shape decision making.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Management responsibility for your commercial finance team
- You will partner with key stakeholders to help steer the strategic plan, help set financial budgets & sales forecasts, manage cash-flow and control expenditure
- Work closely with the operational and sales leadership team to ensure all commercial opportunities are maximised within this fast paced and demanding environment
- Reporting into and partnering the Managing Director
- Commercial business partner across the wider business
- Ability to run to strict deadlines
- Support the delivery of profit and revenue targets
- Identify key profit drivers, improve margins, reduce cost base and identify new revenue streams
- Play a key part in the global growth plans which will include the integration of any new acquisitions
Key skills:
- We are looking for candidates who are ambitious, driven and commercially minded
- You will be fully qualified (CIMA, ACCA, ACA) with previous experience of working in a commercial finance role within a large, fast-paced and operationally focused business
- Be able to showcase your achievements and experience of continuous improvement and adding-value to improve profitability and performance
- Hands on approach to your work
- Previous experience of being a key member and influencer within a senior leadership team
