Corporate or Finance Lawyers - NQ to 4 PQE - Jersey
Superb opportunities for corporate or finance lawyers to join a major offshore law firm.
You will join a leading law firm which works on multi-jurisdictional deals of the highest order.
There will be excellent responsibility and supervision given and you will be working with a premium client base of blue-chip corporates, as well as global funds, banks and institutions. There will be a broad range of work (depending on your expertise and level of PQE) across high-value M&A, JVs, private equity and general corporate matters, as well as top-level finance matters including by way of example, structured finance, real estate finance, funds finance. These roles are based in the Channel Islands, which offer a high standard of living, good weather, beaches, restaurants and a great outdoors culture.
You will be currently working or training with a corporate or finance team in a leading London, national or regional law firm. We will consider March 2021 qualifiers with either a corporate or a finance seat.
A competitive, London-level salary at only 20% tax is offered, together with a comprehensive benefits and additional relocation package.
