Pure Search are working with a well known Asset Manager seeking a Funds Lawyer initially for a maternity contract.
The role:
- Negotiating investment management and advisory agreements and assisting with client on-boarding;
- Negotiating distribution, platform and rebate agreements and assisting with the implementation of those arrangements;
- Dealing with ad hoc queries relating to the above matters;
- Working closely with key stakeholders in the business and with external counsel.
About you:
- Relevant experience of negotiating IMAs, advisory agreements, distribution / platform agreements
- Derivatives experience advantageous
- Ability to work autonomously on matters
- Strong commercial awareness
