A new role has become available in of the largest property departments in the North-West. They are looking for a solicitor with strong development skills keen to take on a broad commercial property caseload. You will have the chance to form a key part of a strong property team, forwarding your career by working closely with a couple of excellent commercial property partners.

Role Overview

This Commercial Property Senior Associate position (4 - 6 years PQE) has come about because the team has become very busy. There is a caseload waiting to be picked up split across commercial property, commercial and residential development. The firm is well known for their property team, being Legal 500 ranked and very reputable.

· Commercial Property Senior Associate position

· Working on a diverse and high value caseload
· Portfolio and investment work
· Acquisitions and Disposals
· Landlord and Tenant
· Commercial and Residential Development
· 50/50 split, development to investment and portfolio work

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced commercial property Senior Associate with good development experience to join an established department in a very influential position. Candidate Requirements

The successful candidate for this Senior Associate position will be coming from a leading property team with a strong and varied property experience. Further requirements:
· 3 - 7 years PQE working as a property solicitor
· Experience working on commercial and residential development, landlord and tenant, acquisitions and disposals and other general commercial property matters
· Client service experience
· Strong academics and good communication skills

Salary and Benefits
